  • Complete the purchase, sales and inventory work in the SAP system, and organize the corresponding paper documents.
  • Operate the SAP system in strict accordance with the operating procedures.
  • Regularly adjust the purchase, sale and inventory according to the inventory situation of the warehouse.
  • Manage the computer operation work and ensure for the accuracy of the data.
  • Regularly inspect and organize computers and other related equipment.
  • Coordinate and deal with the corresponding personnel in the headquarter.


  • Any bachelor degree holder and proficient in Microsoft office software.
  • Familiar with the operation process of SAP invoicing system and daily warehouse operation experience.
  • Have storage management and system operation experience is preferred.
  • Have strong coordination ability and a good team spirit.
  • Proficient in business communication skills in English or Chinese.
