Accountable for full range of sales functions as show below:

  • To lead, train and manage the sales team;
  • To achieve group sales target for all the projects assigned;
  • To plan and implement sales strategies to meet corporate objectives;
  • To prepare daily sales, weekly and monthly sales report;
  • To monitor and track sale processes and to ensure sales are closed within the stipulated period;
  • To liaise with appointed sales agencies, and in charge of inhouse and agency team management;
  • To ensure high quality of pre and post sales service;
  • To liaise with bankers and solicitors on government / bank loan application related matters;
  • To support on Advertising and Promotion implementation works;
  • To conduct periodic market research and keep management updated on competitors movements.


  • The position is based at Tangerang new city office;
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Marketing Degree or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, specializing in sales of residential properties with good sales track record;
  • Presentable and strong communication skills;
  • Written and oral proficiency in English, Bahasa, and Chinese(added advantage);
  • Possess strong leadership and able to lead the sales team;
  • Aggressive, self motivated, results and service oriented, eye for details;
  • Compulsory to work during weekends and public holidays.
