Responsibilities:

• Assist to coordinate research responsibilities within Samanea Group, across sales, leasing, project development and investment departments;
• Research on new business or product development on its feasibility;
• Conduct market analysis in the Asia Pacific region including South East Asia, South Asia and Australia;
• Assist with implementation of Yardi system for the first 1 to 1.5 years.

Requirements:

• Preferably a degree in Real Estate, Economics or Finance with 3-6 years’ experience in research and consulting with property consultancy firms;
• Prior market research and strategy consulting experience in regional markets within Asia Pacific will be held in high regards;
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is a must.
