Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement real estate business plan according to established target analysis;
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for assigned assets;
  • Lead negotiations for leases with potential and existing tenants;
  • Establish and maintain good working relationship with tenants and external stakeholders;
  • Work closely with different departments to ensure all works are properly executed;
  • Conduct regular updates of market information and market research.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Economy, Business, Computer Science, Real Estate, Marketing or equivalent;
  • At least two years of experience in commercial/property leasing, sales or business development is preferred;
  • Fluent in English language and possess excellent communication skills;
  • Able to work well independently and in a team;
  • Able to deliver quality services and have good negotiation skills;
  • Able to travel within the country.
